Forever War

War alerts now reach both factions

• Capture and assault alerts now go out to everyone running Forever Wars, Horde and Alliance alike. When the enemy launches an assault or takes a point, you'll see it in chat even if you're nowhere near it.
• Alerts reach the other faction through players who have a Battle.net friend on the other side. The more people who run the addon, the further they reach.
• Reinforce, coins and Command still stay with your own faction.

Better capture messages

• Capture lines now show the map and the capturer's layer, for example: "Goldshire (Elwynn Forest) has been taken by the Alliance (Name #297713)!"
• The Horde and Alliance crest icons show on every alert.
• Points that changed hands while you were offline get a capture line a few seconds after you log in.

Less chat spam

• The same capture shows at most once every 30 seconds, or 45 for capitals, and never twice.
• An outpost or keep assault shows once per attack, at most every 5 minutes. A point under attack shows at most every 90 seconds.
• Your own faction's captures show while you're on that front, and other alerts show for your continent. Your home capital always shows.

Capture banner art (2.9.6 and 2.9.7)

• The capture banner now uses the game's own Horde and Alliance crest-and-wings art.
• The banner shows the faction that holds the point, or your own faction on a neutral point, and the frame now matches the crest.

Update reminder

• If you're on 2.9.4 or newer, the addon tells you when a newer version is out. If you're on anything older, please update from CurseForge so you get alerts from both factions.
