Forever Unit Frames

Clean, fully configurable unit frames for WoW: Forever. Player, target, target of target, focus, pet and party, with auras that update in combat, threat, range and dispel indicators, and raid frames for 10, 20 and 40 players.

The damage and heal number settings are no longer offered on the target of target and the pet's target frames: the game sends no combat events for these units, so they could never show anything.
Added "Edit Frame" to the context menu of every frame (including Raid Frames) to open the Forever Unit Frames menu at the correct point
