What's new

0.7.6 Beta — Quiet outgoing greetings

  • Separate switches under /fmb → Grüße & Chat: Automatische Grüße senden (send automatic greetings) and Eigene Grüße verbergen (hide your own greetings). Both default to ON; existing explicit preferences are preserved.
  • Hidden automatic greetings stay silent in ordinary chat and WIM: no outgoing popup, WIM sound or history entry. Personal whispers retain normal behavior.
  • Turning sending off stops automatic messages without disabling buffs or changing the recipient opt-out setting.
  • Includes the modern menu and feedback-window navigation fix from 0.7.4/0.7.5.

Tested with 17 portable Lua suites under Lua 5.1/5.5, 20 private integration suites, Python/Node contracts and package validation. GitHub CI for the main commit and release tag passed. Live-game acceptance remains separate.

WoW Forever 1.60.1 / Interface 16001. Install into Interface/AddOns and run /reload. Ranking remains optional, local and unverified.
