Duplicate greeting prevention

• Updated addon copies coordinate to select one sender per greeting.

• New-member welcomes take priority over login greetings.

• Another eligible copy can take over if the selected sender disconnects or disables greetings.

• Requires v1.3.0 or later on participating copies and working guild addon messaging.

Message style packs

• Added Friendly, Funny, Roleplay, and Short & Simple packs.

• Each pack includes eight login greetings and eight new-member welcomes.

• Mix packs, include personal messages, or use only your own wording.

• Identical templates across selected sources are counted once.

Click-to-greet mode

• Optional notifications let you preview a greeting and choose Send or Skip.

• Approved greetings still participate in duplicate prevention.

• Notifications disappear when another copy handles the greeting and expire after two minutes.

• Automatic greetings remain available.

Refreshed options window

• Added the round logo, clearer sections, and visible ON / OFF / PAUSED status.

• Shows the current greeting mode and pause reason.

• Added live message previews with player and guild names.

• Random sample previews selected messages inside the window without posting to chat.

• The window scales down for smaller screens.

Quiet-time settings

• Optional pauses during combat, while in a raid group, or during busy login periods.

• Login-burst protection triggers after five distinct members come online within 15 seconds.

• Resumes after 30 seconds without another new login.

• Pending and newly detected greetings are discarded during pauses—no backlog afterward.

• Works with automatic and click-to-greet modes.

Cooldowns that survive reloads

• Recent greeting history now persists across UI reloads and normal logouts.

• Offline time counts toward cooldown expiry.

• Includes greetings handled by other coordinated addon copies.

• History is kept separately by character, realm, and guild, with automatic cleanup.

Easier message editing and sharing

• Added a scrollable personal message library.

• Edit, add, duplicate, delete, restore Friendly defaults, and undo the last library change.

• Export both personal message lists as copyable text.

• Import shared lists using Merge or Replace both lists.

• Imports are validated before changing saved messages.

• Packs, settings, and cooldown history remain separate from shared lists.

Recent activity history

• Added a local activity window retaining the latest 100 entries across reloads.

• View greetings, pending approvals, errors, and reasons for skipped messages.

• Reasons include active cooldowns, quiet time, manual skips, expired notifications, and another addon user handling the greeting.

• Filter entries and select a row for details and available message text.

• Clearing activity does not reset greeting cooldowns.

Useful commands

• /fgg options — Open settings.

• /fgg messages — Open the message library.

• /fgg activity — View recent activity.

• /fgg mode click — Enable Send / Skip notifications.

• /fgg mode auto — Enable automatic greetings.

Upgrade notes: Existing settings and personal messages are preserved. Quiet-time settings default to off. For duplicate prevention, all guildmates using the addon should update.
