Forever Assist

Forever Assist is an all-in-one convenience addon for WoW Forever. Works on Korean, English and Chinese (简体/繁體) clients — English added in 1.11.0, Chinese in 1.12.0 — the language follows your game client, or pick Auto / 한국어 / English / 中文 with the button at the top-left of the settings window. It has no combat automation: it handles questing, travel and party chores so you can focus on playing.

Quests & leveling

• Quest progress alerts on screen and in chat, with a sound when a quest is ready to turn in
• Optional auto accept / auto turn-in (skips repeatable quests and quests with multiple reward choices)
• Recommended leveling zones: level ranges on continent maps colored by your level, and /fa 사냥터 suggests zones and guides you to the best quest hub
• Available quest pins: quest givers you can accept right now appear as ! on zone maps (level, faction, race, class, prerequisites and completed quests are checked). Click a pin to navigate, or type /fa 퀘스트찾기
• Level Guide (1.24.0, /fa 레벨): skills you will learn in the next levels (recorded from your class trainer window, so WoW Forever changes are reflected) and dungeons that fit your level. Click a skill for icons, ranks and costs, or a dungeon for its entrance zone, coordinates, distance and boss list, with buttons for the arrow, a world map pin and the dungeon loot list. Maps & travel

• Continent travel guide (1.15.0): when your destination is on another continent or across to Teldrassil, you are guided from your current position to the best boat or zeppelin, then on to the destination after you get off (/fa route [zone|dungeon]).
• Navigation arrow under your character with distance and ETA
• Profession and class trainer map pins, plus alerts when your profession skill hits the cap for your rank
• Flight masters (new in 1.5.0): wyvern and gryphon masters on zone and continent maps. Undiscovered flight points are grey with a yellow !. /fa 비행 guides you to the nearest one, /fa 비행 새곳 to the nearest undiscovered one
• Travel helpers (1.9.2): when you die, the arrow points to your corpse. /fa 수리 (or the link in the durability warning) guides you to the nearest repair vendor of your faction, and /fa 던전 lists classic dungeons by level and guides you to the entrance (/fa 던전 통곡, /fa 던전 wc)

Dungeons

• Dungeon directions in settings (1.15.1): Settings › Tools lists dungeons with recommended levels (green = fits your level); pick one and press Go for directions from where you are. Buttons for durability, boat/zeppelin routes and nearest repair. / 설정 › 도구에서 던전(추천 레벨 표시)을 고르고 [안내]를 누르면 지금 위치에서 길 안내.
• Dungeon list (1.15.2): WoW Forever level ranges, Scarlet Monastery split into four wings, new Forever dungeons (Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron; Excavation Site and Dalaran coming soon), and a Loot button for boss drops.
• Drop info (new in 1.10.0): item tooltips show which dungeon boss drops the item and the chance, quest items show which mobs drop them, and mob tooltips show your quest item chances and a boss's top drops. /fa loot [dungeon] lists every boss's loot as item links (33 classic dungeons and raids, accepts abbreviations like wc, dm, sfk, brd, mc)
• Dungeon prep check & durability guide (1.15.0): on dungeon entry and ready checks it checks durability, bags, food/water, ammo and reagents; 50% durability warning and /fa durability details.
• Group finder board (1.14.0): LFG/LFM posts from chat channels collected by dungeon in any language; click a row to whisper (/fa lfg).
• Dungeon info auto collect (1.16.0): records dungeon entrances and uncommon+ loot as you play (saved only on your PC), and uses visited entrances for new dungeons. Optional party sharing (off by default since 1.16.1; turn on in Settings › Tools or /fa collect share) exchanges these records and addon errors with Forever Assist users in your group — no names or chat. / 던전 입구·드롭 자동 기록 (/fa 수집), 파티 공유는 기본 꺼짐.

Item Codex & BiS (new in 1.19.0)

• Item Codex window (/fa bis, /fa 비즈, or "Item Codex" in settings): browse items in a window instead of chat. Pick a class by its icon, then a spec, and see the recommended BiS item for every slot with icon, name and source; click a slot to see ranks 2–10.
• Dungeon BiS: for each dungeon, zone, profession, quest and reputation, which classes and specs want which items (shown with class icons), a "my class only" filter and directions to the entrance.
• Dungeon loot: boss-by-boss drop lists with chances; BiS items are marked with class icons. Hover for the game tooltip, Shift+click to link in chat.
• BiS in item tooltips: item tooltips show which class/spec it is BiS for and its rank (can be turned off in Settings › Dungeons & Items). BiS data: 27 specs, 744 items for the current WoW Forever phase. / 직업·특성별 비즈, 던전별 비즈, 던전 드롭을 창으로 보는 아이템 도감 (/fa 비즈), 아이템 툴팁에 비즈 순위 표시.

Foreign chat helper (new in 1.7.0, all languages in 1.13.0)

• Works in every UI language (1.13.0): chat written in another language is explained in yours — English UI explains Korean, Chinese and Russian chat (with a Korean slang glossary: ㄱㄱ, ㅈㅅ, ㅋㅋ, dungeon nicknames…), 中文界面解释韩语、英语、俄语聊天. Quick replies go out in the other player's language.
• For the global test: Chinese and English chat lines are explained in Korean. Common game terms (LFG/LFM, dungeon names like 死亡矿井 / DM, abbreviations like inv, wts, 求组, 大佬) are shown under the message in chat as [통역] and in a small helper window (/fa 통역)
• Quick replies: 9 buttons (hi, thanks, invite please, want to group, one moment...) sent in the speaker's language, English or Chinese
• Choose who receives the reply: auto, a recent foreign whisperer, party, raid, instance, say, yell or guild. Click a name in the window to whisper that player. Reply language can be fixed to English or Chinese
• Collapse the window to a single line showing the latest message and an unread count; whispers highlight the border
• Dictionary based: it explains game terms, it does not translate whole sentences

Combat tools

• Big enemy cast bar (redesigned in 1.5.0): your target's and focus's casts are shown large above your character. Interruptible casts are orange with a flashing "차단!", uninterruptible casts are grey with a shield, and a red "차단됨!" appears on a successful interrupt
• Class gauges for all 9 classes (warrior 1.8.0, priest/shaman 1.9.0, all others 1.14.0): combat info as bars under your character — rage/energy/mana, five-second rule, buffs and DoTs with timers, combo points, ammo, pet happiness, soul shards, seals/blessings/auras, totems, procs, and "missing buff" warnings.
• Thicker nameplates (updated in 1.8.0): one button switches Blizzard nameplates to the Block style, where both the health bar and the cast bar are thick, with spell name, icon, target and important-cast highlight (restore button included)
• Numpad raid markers: 1-8 set a marker on your mouseover or current target, and 0 clears it (secure macro buttons)
• Party tools: /전투준비 starts a ready check, /카운트 10 starts a 10 second countdown, plus a ready-check result board and an optional button bar
• Party helpers (1.9.1 ~ 1.9.3): Follow a party member with the navigation arrow ([따라가기] button, /fa 따라가기 name; shows the zone name if they are elsewhere), danger alerts when the mob you are looking at attacks a party member or a party member drops below 30% health, automatic party-chat announcements for big cooldowns such as Shield Wall, Last Stand, Nature's Swiftness and Power Infusion, and friend login alerts
• Threat meter (new in 1.10.0): threat bars for you and your party against your target, with an "aggro" warning when you pass 90% (/fa threat)
• Target of target & target arrow (1.17.0): a small frame showing who your target is targeting with class color, health bar and percent, plus "Aggro on me!" / "On party member"; and a bouncing arrow over your current target's nameplate (/fa tot). / 대상의 대상 창(체력·백분율·어그로)과 대상 머리 위 화살표 (/fa 대상).
• Party interrupt tracker (1.23.0, /fa 차단): cooldown bars for your party's interrupts (Kick, Pummel, Shield Bash, Counterspell, Earth Shock, Spell Lock, Feral Charge, Silence, Hammer of Justice) and a "... interrupted!" message. Convenience & effects

• Automatic error log (1.15.0): /fa errors shows recorded addon errors ready to paste into Discord #bug-reports.
• Spell rank auto-update (1.14.0): learning a new rank replaces the previous highest rank on your action bars; deliberately downranked slots are left alone (/fa spellrank).
• Item tooltips (1.14.0): vendor sell price and an upgrade check against your equipped gear (▲ / ▼); weapon skill shown on weapons.
• Gathering memory (1.14.0): herb and ore spots you gathered appear on the world map; /fa gather [name] guides you to the nearest one.
• Weapon skill tracker & mailbox helper (1.14.0): weapon skill list and max alerts (/fa weapon), recent mail recipients and money-received summary.
• Auto-sells grey items and auto-repairs at merchants (hold Shift to skip once), bag space and durability warnings, fast loot
• Font settings (1.15.2, 1.15.3): Settings › Effects · Font — Bold (Nanum Gothic Bold), Extra bold (Nanum Gothic ExtraBold), game fonts, thin/thick outline, also for chat, with a live preview (/fa font). • Glowing cursor trail and class-themed effects for level-up, combat start and skills, centered on your character — warrior, shaman, priest, paladin (1.18.0), druid and rogue (1.20.0), mage (1.22.0), hunter and warlock (1.25.0) — all 9 classes, using the game's own spell effect models where they look right plus 2D effects (preview: /fa skill test, or /fa skill test rogue for another class)
• Mage effects (1.22.0) by school — Fire: Fireball flies out and bursts with smoke, Pyroblast swells above your head into a huge fire explosion, Flamestrike pillar, Blast Wave, Dragon's Breath; Frost: Frostbolt shatters into shards, Frost Nova rings the ground with ice spikes, Ice Block encases you in a crystal, Cone of Cold, Blizzard, Ice Barrier; Arcane: Arcane Missiles fire five orbs, Arcane Explosion with a rune circle and arcane mist, Evocation rune ritual, Arcane Power lightning, Polymorph puff, Counterspell, Blink, teleports. • Hunter & Warlock effects (1.25.0) — Hunter: golden arrows, Aimed Shot charge-up, Multi-Shot fan, Volley arrow rain, Rapid Fire, Concussive Shot, Serpent/Scorpid Sting poison clouds, Hunter's Mark crosshair, traps (Freezing/Frost/Immolation/Explosive), aspect emblems over your head, Bestial Wrath, Mend/Call Pet, Flare, Eagle Eye. • Combo Point Aura (1.20.0): for rogues and Cat Form druids, a ring under your character turns yellow → orange → red as combo points build and pulses at max, with the number in the middle (/fa aura, /fa aura test). / 연계 점수(버블)에 따라 발밑 고리 색이 노랑 → 주황 → 빨강 (/fa 오라).

中文：Forever Assist 是为 WoW Forever 制作的综合便利插件。1.12.0 起支持简体/繁體中文客户端：任务进度提醒、推荐练级区域与可接任务地图、训练师与飞行点地图、导航箭头、大号敌方施法条、职业能量条（战士/牧师/萨满祭司）、仇恨统计、掉落信息、就位确认与倒计时等。无任何战斗自动化。设置：/fa config（左上角 [语言] 按钮可切换语言）。 1.14.0 新增：法术等级自动替换、售价与装备比较、全职业计量条、武器技能、采集点记录、组队信息板、邮箱助手和全新设置界面。 1.15.0 新增：跨大陆出行指引、副本准备检查、耐久度详情、错误自动记录。 1.15.1–1.17.0 新增：地下城指引与“掉落”按钮、字体设置（粗体）、按 WoW Forever 调整推荐等级与新地下城、地下城信息自动收集（队伍共享默认关闭）、目标的目标框体与目标头顶箭头 (/fa tot)。 1.18.0–1.21.0 新增：圣骑士、德鲁伊、潜行者技能特效；物品图鉴（/fa bis：职业/专精 BiS、副本 BiS、副本掉落）与鼠标提示 BiS 显示；全新左侧分类设置界面；潜行者/猎豹德鲁伊连击点光环（/fa aura）；小地图按钮图标选择与自由拖动。 1.22.0 新增：法师火焰·冰霜·奥术技能特效；战士技能特效全面重做，每个技能都有专属效果。
