What's new
- Numbers now include the changes Forever's server makes on top of the game files:
- Winter's Chill: Cone of Cold takes 5% more damage and gets 7% more of your spell power per stack (25% and 35% at 5 stacks; 0.2.1 said 40% a stack).
- Ice Barrier replaces Piercing Ice: 6% more Frost damage while it's up.
- Frost Blast gets less of your spell power, Holy Fire rank 1 does less damage, Champion of the Light gives twice as much, and Elemental Precision has 3 ranks.
- Fire Power counts your Fire effects on the target (shown with 4 of them).
- Arcane Wrath counts its spell damage from your maximum mana, so Intellect raises it.
- Seal of Righteousness gets the right share of your spell power per hit.
- Rank 1 heals get the smaller share of your healing the game gives them.
- Dark Inspiration and Insight raise Spirit (they showed as Strength).
