Force24hClock

Forces World of Warcraft to always use the 24-hour time format.

Since Patch 12.0 (Midnight Pre-Patch), WoW resets the clock format to 12-hour on relog.
This addon enforces 24-hour time on every login and locks the UI option to prevent desyncs.
