Fixes

• Deathroll: a double click on Roll no longer rolls twice. The button waits until your roll comes back.
• Deathroll: the opening rolls stay up after the roll for who goes first, with “won the opening roll” under the winner, and the status line says who goes first and by how much.
• Darkmoon Solitaire: smoother card movement (cards glide with a soft landing and lift with a deeper shadow while moving) and a smoother card flip.
