Focused! (Classic Era) – Changelog

[1.0.6] - 2025-12-14

New Features: Clique Support

  • Full Clique Integration: The Focused! frame is now fully compatible with the Clique addon for click-casting.
    • Stable Units: You can now bind spells (e.g., Flash Heal, Dispel Magic) directly to the Focus frame and its buttons when the focus is a Party member, Raid member, or Pet or Boss unit.
    • Unstable Units: Added protection logic for "Unstable" units (enemies in the open world). Due to Classic API limitations, these units cannot be click-cast upon directly; the addon now handles this gracefully.

Improvements

  • Interaction Configuration: Added powerful new options to the Frame tab to resolve conflicts with other addons:
    • Target Focus With: Choose how you select the focus (Left Click, Shift + Left, Alt + Left, Ctrl + Left, or Disabled).
    • Open Settings With: Choose how you open the menu (Right Click, Shift + Right, Alt + Right, Ctrl + Right, or Disabled).
  • User Guide: Added a detailed "Clique & Addon Compatibility" section to the Intro tab, explaining the difference between Stable and Unstable units and providing setup examples.
  • Performance: Optimized the Raid Marker tracking system. It now piggybacks on the main UI loop instead of running its own timer, significantly reducing CPU usage during idle states.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where dropdown menus in the Options panel would appear blank on the very first load until a selection was made.
  • Fixed a potential conflict where binding "Left Button" in Clique would break the ability to target "Unstable" focus units (solved via the new Modifier options).
