Enhanced Visibility Controls & Options Polish

This update replaces the previously hardcoded visibility timers with fully configurable controls, allowing for precise customization of when the frame should fade out.

New Features

• Configurable Auto-Hide Durations:
  • Lost Focus: You can now customize how long the frame waits before hiding when a unit becomes "Lost" (Stale). Replaces the fixed 30-second timer with a selectable dropdown (e.g., Instant, 15s, 30s, 1m).
  • Cleared Focus: You can now customize how long the frame persists after the focus is cleared. Replaces the fixed 2-minute timer with a selectable dropdown.
  • Thanks to 'SwebTheGreat' for requesting this! Despite my initial better judgement to have variable timeouts, I made the wrong choice to hardcode the timeouts.
• Smart Dependencies: The new duration dropdown menus automatically disable and gray out if their corresponding "Auto-Hide" checkbox is unchecked, providing clearer visual feedback on your active settings.

Improvements

• Options Interface Polish:
  • Window Reset: The Reset button now correctly restores the Options window to its default dimensions in addition to resetting all values.
• Localization Updates: Updated tooltips across all supported languages to reflect that timeouts are now user-selected rather than hardcoded.
