Added the ability for your characters to stop following with FMES.

2 Commands:

• FME: characters will follow you
• FMES: characters will stop following you (NEW: 04-29-21) 

Commands are supported through the following channels:

• Party Chat
• Party Chat Leader
• Raid
• Raid Leader
• Whisper (NEW: 06-01-21)
