-Made taxi nodes easier to click by setting them higher (DIALOG) on the frame stack than other POIs (HIGH)

-Will no longer interfere with other POIs' normal behavior

 

.1-Only set Normal POIs (area landmarks) to HIGH in case it conflicts with other POI behavior; these were the main offenders

.2-Made Taxi POIs only respond to LeftButton clicks
