An improved vigor bar that shows your current vigor and the recharge progress aswell as your current speed including markers for the Thrill of the Skies buff and max speed.
This improved vigor bar shows your current vigor and recharge progress in a more clear way.
Additionally it shows your current speed, including markers for the speed required to gain the Thrill of the Skies buff and the max gliding speed.
How do I move the frame?
The Frame is attached to the default blizzard vigor bar, which you can move in Edit Mode by checking the box "Encounter Bar" and moving it to wherever you desire.
