Supported Versions
- 12.0.1
2.0.5 - Hotfix to better supress the Blizzard Taint message (that does not break the addon but is just there because... yeah, Blizzard's War on Addons).
2.0.4 - Hotfix to address yet another Blizzard API Taint issue because... you know... "War on Addons"
2.0.3 - FSM now uses a dynamic icon.
Fixed icons have been removed, along with the icon picker in the options. FSM now uses a dynamic icon by default, unless you manually change the macro in the /macro window. The icon will now update based on the next mount that will be cast according to your current criteria.
Note: Due to Blizzard limitations, when in Undermine, the icon will always display as the G-99. Normal mounting functionality will still be enforced.
This change also comes with a significant increase in macro length. Because of the 255-character macro limit, you will no longer be able to use /fsm in macros with modifiers such as [mod:shift]. To address this, I added three new button slots to the addon menu: one each for Ctrl, Alt, and Shift. Any mount placed in one of these slots will always be used when holding the corresponding modifier key and pressing the mount button. This also works with keybinds. If no mount is assigned to a modifier slot, the addon will fall back to normal behavior so you do not end up with no mount if you accidentally press a modifier key.
The FSM drag button has been moved to the top of the default Mount Journal, next to Blizzard’s draggable buttons, to make room for the added modifier key slots in the FSM menu without increasing its size.
To prevent overlapping when opening other windows alongside the Mount Journal, I adjusted the UIPanel settings to account for the added width of the Mount Journal, including the extra width from this addon. Other windows such as the Character pane and Spellbook should now open to the right of FSM instead of overlapping it.
