Hotfix!

Adapted macro refresh on zone load to remove Undermine macro text when not in that zone. The elimited the cast-lag experienced when not in that zone. The mount button should now work instantly where occasionally multiple clicks/activations were forced on the player.

Added a verbosity setting in the options menu (default off) to prevent the addon from posting every time a mount was added or removed from their pool of mounts. (This was not intended to be part of the addon normally and was for my own testing, but since I accidentally left it, I will leave the option in case someone misses having it now that they know it exists.)
