• default ilvl options up to 695 (mythic blackrock foundry)
• new option: minimum EP: players with less EP than specified minimum cannot
  win a need roll against another team member. (they can still roll against subs
  and win gear that no one else needs)
• new: hover over a player in the standings window to see details. shows whether
  they are a team member/sub/alt as well as some explanation of their current PR
• fix lua error upon logging in
