flaming loot ml

• new: ability to add, edit, or remove awards from any raid, current or past
• log is the central place for viewing & modifying awards
  • click on a raid start entry in the log to add an award to that raid
  • click on an award to edit or delete it
  • ep and gp will be scaled automatically for past raids
• currently, any single-player EP or GP award can be modified, including
  reassigning to another player
• removed expenses functionality now that cauldrons are obsolete and banquets
  are inexpensive
• bug fix: raid would sometimes be terminated after logging out & back in during
  it. should now prompt to continue instead
• bug fix: loot sometimes awarded to wrong player if loot window had been
  opened and closed during rolling
