Fixes bugs with parties in 5.0.4 (No join sound, early party info spam, 'raid group' messages)

This addon fixes the following bugs introduced with the party system since 5.0.4:

When a player joins the party, it says they joined the "raid group"
When a player leaves the party, it says they left the "raid group"
When a player joins the party, it does not play the party member join sound
When you invite a player to a party, it sends the loot, difficulty, and loot threshold messages before they accept and the party is formed

Not heavily bugtested yet, especially with raids.
