This addon is **independently developed by a single author from scratch**.

  It breaks free from the scheduling limitations of WeakAuras, with many new features added!

• Equipping a pole opens the main panel on its own: pole, enchant and fishing skill level at a glance (Retail labels the line after the current region; rank titles show on Mists of Pandaria and older; hover for the bonus breakdown)

• Secondary progress bar rotates your buffs; the minimap icon toggles the panel

⚡ Casting and one-key fishing

• Preset mouse buttons / custom key bindings, with optional "bind automatically when a pole is equipped"
• **One-key fishing mode**: a single press chains "apply bait → cast → reel on the bite" — still driven by one deliberate keypress after another, never unattended; optional bait choice, a cancel-and-recast key, and double-right-click casting
• Bindings release themselves while mounted, so nothing collides

🛸 UFO pre-aim reticle (interaction aid)

• A fixed on-screen reference frame: an ellipse to line distant fish schools up with, plus red/green arcs for the best casting distance (opacity adjustable)
• Three display timings: when a pole is equipped / at a chosen camera view / always on
• [Save current view] remembers your camera in one click; on the 时光服 (3.80.2) client a hotkey even jumps straight to the #4 "UFO" camera, and pressing it again returns you to the view you came from

📖 Fish journal + map spawn points

• Complete fish database: spawn points, reference catch rates, collection-achievement progress, grid and list views
• World-map fishing-spot overlay (`/fhpmap`) and a catchable-fish list (reference rate / field-verified rate), GatherMate2 import (`/fhpimportgm2`), fishing-spot sharing (`/fhpshare`)

💰 Auction prices and history

• Fish-meat price panel (`/fhp prices`); `/fhp value` totals the fish in your bags in one shot
• History panel: date and zone filters, charts, CSV export

• Circular (follows the cursor) and arc (draggable, right screen edge) progress bars, 4 styles each, several alert sounds and popups
• Louder fishing audio (ambience and waterfalls muted while fishing), valid / invalid / majority-past interaction sounds
• Low-bait warning, free-bag-space warning, auto-opening fishing items, skill-cap and special-item alerts, junk cleanup (`/fhp junk`)

• Right-click to switch into your fishing set, automatic weapon swap when combat starts, one-click swap whenever your main hand is not holding a pole

• Step-by-step beginner tour (`/fhp guide`) and a first-run setup wizard
• Panel hotkeys: stats / catches / pause / leave fishing / toggle the reticle / change camera — **live only while fishing and never registered in Blizzard's key-binding panel**
• Appearance: font and size, 6 border styles plus a custom colour, UI scaling
• Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / English / Korean; several config profiles per account
• Built-in fallbacks for the API differences between clients, so even stripped-down ones (时光服 3.80.2) work (self-diagnose with `/fhp camview` and friends)

Installation

• Unpack → put the `FishingHelperPlus` folder into `Interface\AddOns\` → restart or `/reload` → tick it in the addon list → type `/fhp` in chat to start setting things up. Every library is bundled, so there is nothing else to install.

Important notice

• This addon is a **manual-play aid**: it only offers statistics, reminders and on-screen reference guides. It does not contain, and never will contain, auto-fishing.
• **Free forever.** Republishing, selling, or converting it into an auto-fishing addon is strictly forbidden.
• This is a personal player project and has nothing to do with Blizzard Entertainment.
