    BfA 8.3 Compatible

    Added compatibility with BfA 8.3.

    - Feral Frenzy & Primal Wrath added
    - Elune's Guidance & Ashamane's Frenzy removed
    - BfA made Primal Fury easier (uses same subEvents now)
    - Removed unused combo point frames
