Favorite Mounts Enhanced

This is a relatively small update. It introduces a new filtering feature.

Changelog:

• Updated to work with 12.0.0
• Added filtering to mount summoning to skip mounts that cannot be summoned from a list due to faction and location. A message will appear in the chat box if there are no eligible mounts in the list to be summoned.
