Fixed logic so the addon now correctly sells white, green, and blue Fated Fortune Cards while keeping purple cards.

Added handling for Blizzard’s item info caching delay (no more stalling if cards aren’t cached yet).

Improved selling speed — sells by stack with adjustable delay (/ffs delay <seconds>).

Added /ffs debug mode for troubleshooting.

More reliable scanning: no longer stops if a purple card is present in bags.
