Add robust spec inspection to avoid Usage errors when GetInspectSpecialization can return secret IDs (12.1+/Midnight). Implements GetInspectedSpecName and GetSpecNameFromUnitTooltip, uses pcall and IsSecretValue, prefers the inspected specialization index via C_SpecializationInfo, and falls back to safe specID/tooltip parsing. Replaces direct GetInspectSpecialization/GetSpecializationInfoByID usage in tooltip handling.
