Refactored ResolveUnitFromTooltip to avoid using tooltip:GetUnit() return values directly, as they may be invalid in secure/Delves tooltips. Now maps tooltipData.guid to known unit tokens for safer and more reliable unit resolution. Bumped version to 11.3 in the TOC.
