Migrate minimap button from legacy XML/button to LibDataBroker + LibDBIcon: add a minimap table to DEFAULTS, migrate old minimap/show settings on PLAYER_LOGIN, and implement registration/show/hide via LDB (FastFPSandPing_RegisterMinimapButton, FastFPSandPing_ApplyMinimapButtonState, EnsureMinimapDB/EnsureDataObject, ToggleMainWindow, OpenOptions). Replace the old FastFPSandPingMiniMapButton.xml button with a pure-Lua LDB launcher and improve localized tooltip text. Remove many bundled Ace/AceGUI/AceDB-related library files (and the old minimap XML), and bump addon version in the TOC to 8.6 while adjusting optional deps. This reduces bundled libraries and standardizes the minimap integration while preserving/migrating saved variables.
