Description
FarmRate
A lightweight World of Warcraft Classic addon that shows how fast you are earning gold, experience and farming materials — as a live per-hour rate in a small movable window.
Usage
The window appears in the centre of the screen on first launch. Drag it anywhere; the position is saved per character.
- Left-click and drag — move the window
- Right-click — open settings
- Hover — tooltip with window length and raw totals
Only Gold and Experience are enabled on a fresh install. Everything else is opt-in through the settings panel.

Ores are the raw ore items, not bars, so smelting does not double-count.
Reading the display
Each row is [icon] : rate / h.
- Gold uses the game's coin textures
- Experience uses thousands separators
- Materials show one decimal below 10, whole numbers above
For the first 30 seconds a row shows ... instead of a rate. Extrapolating an
hourly figure from a few seconds of data produces nonsense, so it waits.
Settings
Right-click the window or type /fr config.
Categories are collapsible. Each has a master checkbox that toggles the whole group at once — worth it for the 24 herbs.
Hide materials with nothing collected yet (on by default) lets you enable all six ores before a mining run without six empty rows cluttering the screen. Hidden trackers keep recording silently and appear the moment something drops. The tooltip ignores this setting and lists everything enabled, so you can always confirm what is being watched.
