Extra Bars

- Added ability to DRAG actions onto and off Extra Bars during combat
   - You must drag the action onto or off the button, clicking while holding an action will not allow a swap to happen in combat (Blizzard specifically block this)
   - If you are holding an action but not dragging, even if the button is empty, you can place the action onto the button during combat by "dragging off" the button
   - Some types of actions cannot be picked up from Extra Bars during combat - those actions will simply be removed from EB buttons and not placed on the cursor
   - The list of actions that CAN be picked up from EB during combat is
     - Spell
     - Item
     - Toy
     - Macro
     - Equipment set
     - the actions that cannot be put on cursor are, mounts, battle pets, spell flyouts;
     - These can still be placed on EB during combat (they just can't be placed on the cursor currently, perhaps Blizz will change this in future)
   - There are a few other subtle limitations where a spell might not be settable during combat... this should be quite rare (if you encounter it, let me know the spell, and if there are
      enough cases to warrant it, I will create a hardcoded solution to the problem)
- Adjusted flyout direction UI to show when a flyout is placed
- Toy tooltip has been improved to be consistent with standard buttons
- Toy usability indicator slightly adjusted
- Fixed recent issue where new spells learned in combat caused an error
- Fixed activating favorite mount on successive logins
- Don't shade items that are equippable
