Extra Bars

- Fix so that Mend/Revive pet will swap when appropriate
- If spec save data is not initialised when setting bars for that spec, initialise save data, and default to spec 1 if spec data is not reporting
- Changed how profession abilities are triggered as they previously were not consistently working
- Adjust how equipment sets are triggered (spaces are now supported in eq set names)
- Improved flashing/range check for spells
- Improved how flyouts are handled (specifically how to set the flyout direction)
- Properly detect if toys are usable
