Extra Attack Sounds

Added slash commands for some sound customization. You can now have different sounds for windfury/wild strikes and seal of command. 

/eas to see current settings

/eas on to turn everything on

/eas off to turn everything off

/eas base for saber noises

/eas crit for spicier critical sounds

/eas wf for windfury/wild strikes specific noises, including crits

/eas soc for seal of command specific noises, including crits

/eas flurry to toggle the multiattack sound. Only one option for this for now, matches base sound
