    Cover four new ExwindTools strings after upstream 6.0.0 sync

    ExwindCore bumped to 6.0.0 and ExwindTools shipped 13 module updates;
    the InstanceNote panel now shows placeholder text and MythicCast
    gained a level-92 cast-bar toggle. Add the four missing L[...] entries
    so those panels stay English.
