Executive Assistant Fix

This is a fix for Executive Assistant's Lua errors to make it work once again for people who don't want to deal with Lua stuff themselves manually.

You still need the Executive Assistant addon. This is only a fix, not a standalone or a replacement.

You still need to edit Executive Assistant's (and Executive Assistant's File Cabinet) .toc file yourself manually, as it can't be changed by another addon.

For this:
Open `World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/Executive_Assistant/Executive_Assistant.toc` in Notepad and change the interface line to:
   ```
   ## Interface: 120100
