Trash Built-in CDs

• The %i:2805 abilities %s:471643 and %s:471648 can now be configured and will play voice alerts correctly.

• Please note: because this ability does not provide enough conditions for reliable inference, we implemented it in a relatively complex way. Accuracy has now been improved to over 90%. In normal combat, as long as it does not charge too far away, the CD tracking is correct about 90% of the time. The normal sequence is: Charge -> AOE -> Charge -> Charge -> AOE -> Charge -> (enemy dies) The fourth cast is AOE 90% of the time rather than Charge. (The addon still has about a 10% chance to misreport it.)

• Added icon border color support when a trash built-in CD becomes ready. (Thanks to Vovolu for the PR.)

• Fixed an incorrect sequence index issue in the counter when handling multi-step CDs.
