• reverted new AP item back to chest/cache in the paragon tooltip (you get both, the new AP item is just a bonus)
• removed fix for reputation chat messages, they now have the increased amount by default
• removed fix for full reputation watch bar after first paragon reward, that was also fixed by Blizzard
• included BreakUpLargeNumbers() in ReputationFrame to match the other factions
