• new icon strips feature. put icons on any edge of the frame (top/bottom/left/right), for cooldowns and buffs that you would rather see as icons
• the icon feature is to support the loss of "tracked buffs" functioning without bars in 12.1, for folks who may have paired event horizon with other CDMs that used icons requiring "tracked buffs" instead of "tracked bars"
• icons can look different for each state of ready, on cd, recharging, buff running, not usable, etc. set it for all of them at once, individual strips, or one icon at a time
• icons glow, use proc art, have charge and stack counts with text, that can be customized as well
• the cooldown manager can now open beside the settings panel, woohoo. everything will also sync between them without a reload
• bug fix for some charge bars reading as a percentage instead of the real timeline 
• bug fix for some proc glows landing on the wrong row
• bug fix for some settings going read only
• bug fix for some bars not redrawing after scale or resolution changes
• note that 12.0.7 is no longer supported

reminder: for exact buff timing in raids and dungeons, keep your buffs in the cooldown manager's "tracked bars" category.
