Bugfix: Attempted to fix an issue with resources not going away after being unchecked in the options.

UI needs reloading before new stacking buffs will be available for modifications.
Some auras that used to stack or were designed to stack may still be added to stacking buffs by mistake.
Extensive testing by many class may reveal more issues.
