Bugfix: Made the addon even better at handling errors caused by new patches. (Remember to clear SavedVariables after each new patch.)

UI needs reloading before new stacking buffs will be available for modifications.
Some auras that used to stack or were designed to stack may still be added to stacking buffs by mistake.
Extensive testing by many class may reveal more issues.
