Fixed a bug preventing Evening Wear from swapping gear sets

Reworked the login delay to make it more reliable and less noticeable Evening Wear will now print an error message if there aren't enough empty equipment set slots for it to work

BUGFIXES: Added a delay to the equipment swap on first login to properly re-equip Evening Wear if you logged out in a city, as the API doesn't recognize you're in a city right away on login Exit Game now equips your Last Equipped set in addition to Logout
