Evening Wear

BUGFIXES:

• Added a delay to the equipment swap on first login to properly re-equip Evening Wear if you logged out in a city, as the API doesn't recognize you're in a city right away on login
• Exit Game now equips your Last Equipped set in addition to Logout

Now only attempts to equip Evening Wear if the player is entering a major city. These are:

This should make the addon a little safer to use while questing.
