Allows filtering of bag items to sell to vendor by rarity and current session instance/zones

Added item hyperlink back when hovering over item
Allow saving of instance loot between sessions in case of not selling prior to /reload or logging. Once the players sells to a merchant, the selected zone will be cleared out. If 'All' is selected, then everything is sold and all the instances are cleared.
New setting to not save instance loot in between
New setting button to clear only the saved instance loot
