• Cooldown Panels: Added a one-time migration that removes duplicate racial cooldown entries from active panels after racial entries are normalized to the current character's racials.
• Settings: Fixed the 10.20.0 new-tag markers so the Unit Frames expandable is marked for the new Healer Mana Indicator setting.
• Tooltips: Fixed a secret-value error when player tooltip inspection compared protected unit identities against the player.
