Changed idents of items in the lootmaster table to include the entire itemhyperlink without the localized name of the item to support multilingual raids. This enables items sharing the same itemID but different sockets or bonusID to be registered separately so raiders will receive individual popups for them

Some lootslots are already empty while looting because it's autolooted. Empty slots return nil itemlinks, LootLinkToIdent() should correctly handle nil itemlinks and just return nil.
