• Council Permission System

- Being listed in the Council.
- Council members can be configured directly from the addon UI.
• Council Sync
- Council configuration now synchronizes across the raid.
- Ensures all players share the same permission configuration.
GP System Improvements
Added a new GP calculation system with multiple modes:

- GP based on difficulty and item level.
Mode 2 – Slot Based
- GP determined by item slot (head, weapon, trinket, etc).
Mode 3 – Hybrid
- Combines Item Level GP + Slot GP.
