Enhanced Markers

The Release of EM 3.0.0

The 3.0 rework:

•  Reintroduced talking head targets
• Talking head frames now match Blizzards
• Overhauled UI to allow resizing
• Fixed multiple small bugs
• Optimised performance
• Updated to latest game version.

Additional Features since Beta:

• Sound ID selector for Custom Talking Heads
• Markers should not display their symbol when used for CTH.

This version will NOT work with other versions of the addon.
