Removed outdated tick slash commands that no longer matched the current system.

Added proper mana handling for both Inside and Outside tick modes.

Improved support for separate mana tick visuals and minimal tick-only setups.

Fixed tick initialization issues on first load.

Improved saved settings handling for the current EW8 setup.

General fixes, cleanup, and release stability improvements.
