若角色加入联盟社区并激活了文化节，但本体依旧在另一个部落文化节刷币(完成通用活动)，此时房屋经验加给联盟、文化节贡献也会加给联盟

因此移除了关于加入公会时间的设定和一键过滤的设定，但仍然保留过滤异常事件的开关，以供需要统计正常事件的朋友使用
