    🐛 Enhanced API request handling with centralized throttling and improved frame discovery (#7)

    - Added centralized throttled API request wrappers for noisy initiative endpoints.
    - Updated controller and model paths to utilize new throttled request helpers.
    - Improved resilience in frame discovery with bounded retries for late Blizzard UI loading.
    - Introduced optional hover diagnostics for debugging hover events in the overlay.
    - Reduced duplicate API requests during rapid events and frame updates.
