EnchantSlotSorter - Anniversary / BC update

Included files:

What changed:
- Prepared as a multi-TOC package for Classic Anniversary and Burning Crusade Anniversary.
- Added Two-Hand slot filter.
- Added Other filter.
- Added "Craftable only" checkbox.
- Added "Available" sort mode.
- Added tooltip with tool requirement and reagents.
- Added support wrappers for both CraftFrame and TradeSkillFrame APIs.
- Kept minimap button and standalone panel behavior.

Install:
1. Put the folder "EnchantSlotSorter" into your Interface/AddOns directory.
2. If your current addon folder has a different name, rename this folder to EnchantSlotSorter.
3. Start the game and enable the addon.
