Enchant Tracker

Added additional meta data when recording an enchant.

• timestamp of enchant success
• item link for the enchant (used to resolve slot information)
• existing meta moved to a previous recrod when a new record is created.  This allows us to know how long it has been since this person and this slot have had their previous enchant.  Fun stat to play with.

TBD is how we will report this information when the guild leader requests it. ;)
