• Replace report panel with inline slot overlay icons
  Remove the modal report panel and check buttons. Gear issues are now
  shown as small icon badges directly on paperdoll item slots with colored
  borders (red for missing enchants/gems/low ilvl, yellow for upgradeable
  sockets). Overlays appear automatically when opening the character or
  inspect frame.
  • Delete frames.xml (report panel, buttons, sub-frame templates)
  • Add slot overlay system in Lua (CreateSlotOverlay, UpdateSlotOverlays)
  • Auto-trigger on character frame open and inspect ready
  • Keep /ec check for chat-only output
  • Remove unused locale strings (BTN_CHECK_ENCHANTS, UI_*_TITLE)
