    Smooth queueing, ignore dungeons, preserve extras,

    Features:
    - Added an option where icons smoothly transition from the queue to the bar without overlap
    - Added an option to disable BW/LW tracking when in dungeons
    - Added an option to preserve old BW messages/screen flashes etc (Alpha 0 instead of hiding, dirty but does the trick at a small computational cost)
    - Added an experimental option to resolve icon name overlaps when using horizontal bars: alternates between two heights

    Bugfixes:
    - Fixed a bug where bar ticks would go to questionable places when switching from vertical to horizontal bar parameters (previously solved through reload)
